It is expected that Greg Roman will once again collaborate with Jim Harbaugh.
In accordance with Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, it is anticipated that the Chargers would recruit Roman to fill a major position on Harbaugh's coaching staff.
Roman is planning to travel to Los Angeles on Monday, and he will sort out the specifics of his trip.
From 2011 to 2014, Roman served as Harbaugh's offensive coordinator for the 49ers.
During that time, the club was able to get to Super Bowl XLVII, which was the culmination of the 2012 season.
After spending the most of his career with the Ravens, Roman was moved to the position of offensive coordinator in 2019
Prior to that, he was the tight ends coach for the team in 2017 and 2018. In 2023, he was not a member of any team.
During his time at Stanford, Roman collaborated with Harbaugh. Between 2015 and 2016, he served as the offensive coordinator for the Bills.
