Please do not consume the juice of any of these six fruits and vegetables.

Freshly squeezed juice is pleasant and healthful. Orange and guava create wonderful and nutritious fruit juices, but various vegetables can also be juiced. Beetroot and carrot juices are popular.

Some fruits and vegetables are safe to juice, but others are not. These produce should not be blended since they may be harmful. Let's examine several fruits and veggies that shouldn't enter your juicer.

Pineapple is delicious, tropical, and full of vitamins and minerals. Juicing the fruit is less healthy than eating it. Juicing removes most of the fruit's nutrients, leaving sugar that can raise blood sugar and insulin levels.

Juice from pears is excellent. However, fructose-sensitive people may not benefit from pear juice. Pears contain sorbitol, a non-digestible sugar that can induce gas, bowel motions, and stomach pain.

Kale and spinach are nutrient-dense and may produce a nutritious drink, but they are rich in oxalates. Oxalates, antinutrients, can cause kidney stones in excessive doses.

Many people juice citrus using the rind. The rind contains digestive-irritating chemicals and no juice, therefore this is a bad choice.

Broccoli is a common detox drink ingredient. Vitamins C, K1, potassium, and manganese are abundant in this low-calorie, nutrient-dense diet. Broccoli is hard to digest and can induce bloating, cramps, and gas.

This may surprise you considering we all consume apple juice. It's okay to eat some apples, but not all. Always remove apple seeds before juicing. They contain amygdalin, which the digestive system metabolizes into poison.
